Choo Choo Winds is located near the banks of the beautiful Tennessee river. All of our fine musical instruments are handcrafted from virgin brass to our exact specifications in the Heping District of Northeastern China.
Heping is the largest industrial district located in Tianjin, which is the largest city in China. Our Chinese supplier has been an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for many top name brands of musical instruments in recent years. Their facility uses advanced equipment from Japan, Germany and Italy.
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) routinely audits and has formally recognized this facility as an ISO 9002 Certified Manufacturing Facility. The ISO Standards ensure desirable characteristics of products, systems, and machinery. The organization also monitors many other devices used in manufacturing to ensure proper operation and the safety of all employees.
Since its inception in 1987, less than 5% of the companies in the world, and less than 1% of
all companies in the United States, have been registered as ISO compliant, signifying that they
have met the stringent audit requirements of a third-party ISO authorized registrar. These ISO
audits are continuous and ongoing in order to maintain strict ISO certification and registration.
ISO 9002 registration is rapidly becoming a prerequisite for doing business in many industries
throughout the world. Even today, discriminating buyers are mandating ISO certification for suppliers and service providers whenever possible.

Along with a great product line we have also made all replacement parts for these instruments available as well. We have partnered with many full service dealers in Chattanooga and abroad for parts distribution and all of our warranty repairs. Many dealers also offer our musical instruments in their rental program.
